Kanye West is being sued for sexual harassment and wrongful termination by his former assistant.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Lauren Pisciotta claimed in the filing that she began working with the rapper in July 2021 as he prepared to launch his Yeezy fashion line.

It is reported that Pisciotta was offered $1million (£781,840) for the job. The only condition of the role was that she would be available to West 24 hours a day, seven days a week – a term she accepted.
Pisciotta said in her lawsuit that she was making an additional $1million from OnlyFans until the ‘Vultures’ artist asked her to be more “God like” and delete her account on the platform in 2022.
West allegedly increased the model’s salary to $2million (£1.5million) a year in return to compensate for the lost income. However, Pisciotta claimed that he never amended her salary.
Ye allegedly started sending her inappropriate text messages shortly after raising her pay.
One of the messages allegedly read: “See my problem is I be wanting to fuck but then after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fucked while I’m fucking them. Then I want her to cheat on me.”
Additionally, West has been accused of sharing explicit details of sexual acts he wanted to participate in, and sending images and videos of himself having intercourse with other women. Pisciotta allegedly received intimate photographs of “current and former” Yeezy employees from West. These are said to have been both “men and women”.
She detailed numerous other incidents with West in the suit, including an instance of him allegedly masturbating while they were on the phone, asking about her partner’s penis size and forcing her “to remove her cardigan while she was in the office because he said ‘it was covering too much’”.
On another occasion, Ye allegedly locked the pair in a room together and masturbated next to Pisciotta before falling asleep. She also claimed that he got angry after she refused any advances to “date or have sex” with him.
By September 2022, Pisciotta was promoted to Chief Of Staff at several of West’s companies and offered a $4million (£3.1million) salary. However, the rapper is accused of firing her just one month later.
Pisciotta is said to have been offered $3million in severance, which she allegedly never received. The model is seeking compensation for breach of contract and a hostile work environment in her lawsuit.
West’s representatives weren’t immediately available for comment, per Page Six.
In April, West was sued for racial discrimination by one of his former security guards. He was sued by another member of staff recently for allegedly threatening to “cage” his Donda Academy students.
