Filled with mystery, suspense, and drama, the episode showed Na-On’s rise to stardom and her subsequent failure. Branding in Seongsu episode 4: Kim Ji-Eun & Lomon experience a life-altering change

The latest Branding in Seongsu episode began with Seongsu Agency team leader Kang Na-On’s success. She not only managed to strike an exclusive deal with XU Cosmetics but also successfully covered up the fact that they tested on animals and used non-vegan products. Moreover, she closed down the shoe factory and opened up the beauty brand’s pop-up store. This led to Na-On climbing up the corporate ladder and achieving more success.

Na-On arrived at the pop venue for XU Cosmetics’ subsidiary XU Beauty. She welcomed the founder and showed him around the newly created store with eco-friendly materials. The agency used media art to promote the brand. When the founder enquired about a pond-like structure, she took him to the first floor. The water was used to create an ocean-like effect throughout the building. This was to promote their main product – the moisturizing cream made with distilled deep seawater.

As the employees enjoyed the party, Do Yu-Min grew jealous of Na-On and her success with the project. Fellow team leader Mr. Nam infuriated her even more, speaking about her feelings for Cha Jeong-Woo. Although Yu-Mi liked him, he had feelings for Na-On. Meanwhile, the latter impressed everyone with her outfit. She went to the top floor to sip her drink alone. Later, Eun-Ho arrived at the venue and joined her.

Na-On confessed that she used Eun-Ho for her benefit not because she disliked him but because of the nature of the branding industry. However, Eun-Ho expressed that he now disliked her because of her actions. He asked her for a full-time position in order to challenge her and fight against her. Eun-Ho further promised to bet his soul, just like she did to achieve success. However, she fired him instead. Meanwhile, the union representative of the shoe factory arrived at the venue, holding a knife in his hand.

Eun-Ho revealed that he had prepared a backup to prove that XU Cosmetics tested on animals. He had previously gathered evidence on the phone, but Na-On deleted the pictures and videos. However, he initially threatened her with a backup. When Na-On asked what he wanted in return for the evidence to disappear, Eun-Ho claimed that he wanted her. He threw the backup phone into the water.

At the same time, an unknown person entered Na-On’s room and uploaded pictures and videos about XU Cosmetics, sending it to the news reporters. Na-On woke up the following morning in her living room to a phone call from a news reporter. Sensing something strange, she switched on her television. News about XU Cosmetics testing on animals became public. Moreover, the founder also placed the blame on Na-On and her marketing.

Na-On then hurried to her office only to find out that she had been dismissed. Higher officials received pictures of her meeting the founder in his hotel. They believed she had an affair with him. Yu-Mi expressed her delight at Na-On’s dismissal. Meanwhile, Eun-Ho was nowhere to be found. While packing up her office, Na-On recalled Eun-Ho talking about a backup and throwing his phone in the water.

She arrived at the pop-up venue and got hold of the phone. However, a mysterious individual with a rabbit mask followed to attack her. When she resisted his attacks, he pushed her from the top of the building. Na-On fell into the pool of water she had prepared for promoting the brand’s product. She felt a few hands on her, feeling like she got pushed deep into the water. The next thing she knew, she was in a hospital bed.

However, when Na-On looked into the mirror, she saw Eun-Ho’s face. The two screamed, indicating a soul swap. Apparently, during their conversation the previous night, Eun-Ho told Na-On, “I want everything, including your soul.” The duo engaged in a kiss that eventually led to the soul swap.

To watch what happens next, tune in to tune in to Branding in Seongsu episode 5 on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 12 a.m. KST on U+Mobile TV and later on Viki.
