Below Deck Down Under Season 4 Episode 11 Recap

Welcome back, Below Deck Down Under fans! Last week, Alesia tried dragging Eddy away from Jenna. Likewise, Ellie tried dragging João into her arms. They kissed, but João actually likes Daisy more. Also, Ellie incorrectly pulled the rank card on Jenna. It was frustrating, and now, here’s what happened on BDDU Season 4 Episode 11.

What happened in Below Deck Down Under Season 4 Episode 11?

Eddy and Jenna are still growing close, despite Alesia’s antics. Speaking of failing, Ellie makes a monumental breakfast mistake that the guests instantly clock. Elsewhere, Mike completely ruins the primary’s big surprise. All in all, this charter was not one of these yachties’ finest.

The cat’s out of the bag. João wants Daisy, not Ellie. But Ellie’s already “marked her territory.” And “also, Ellie’s petrifying,” so Daisy feels stuck.

Back on the yacht, Eddy and Jenna cuddle while Mike takes “a two-to-three-hour break,” or at least that’s what he jokingly tells Alesia. Alesia gets mad. But Mike tells her to chill, because “everything’s going to be okay.”

Except it’s not. Once Daisy returns, she asks Mike to “concentrate on cleaning up.” He argues, “I’ve cleaned the whole boat today,” which is literally his job, Daisy reminds him. But apparently, “No, it’s not.”

In her talking head, Daisy notes that “Mike is definitely developing an ego, and if he doesn’t stop, it’s gonna cause a f*cking problem. And he doesn’t want a problem with me.”

Speaking of problems, these guests are all about the drama. They pull Alesia aside, letting her know that Jenna made a dig about her back on the beach. Alesia says, “She’s only butthurt because she’s back on housekeeping.”

    Ellie ruins Ben’s eggs

In the morning, João makes a plan to talk to Ellie. Hysetrically, though, he is also afraid of her. But he does get a kick out of Betual, and the two share a brief but fun mime act. Back in the cabins, Alesia once again steals Jenna’s Pride plushie, her gift from their previous guests.

Tyler, the primary heads to the bridge. He has a big surprise planned. Tonight is their drag-themed dinner and fashion show, but Tyler likes being extra. So, he needs help sneaking his makeup artist on board.

Captain Jason and Daisy understand. But the same cannot be said for Ellie. When Ben asks her to add some black pepper and oil to his scrambled eggs, Ellie grabs the dish soap instead, heavily swirling it over the eggs.

The guests notice. “Literally, it tastes like Dawn.” Tyler feeds Ben a spoonful, and Ben immediately heads to the galley.

Ellie’s face turns white. “I’m thinking I’m getting fired,” she admits. Ben tells her not to worry, because “he’s got [her] back.” He also blames himself, since he never labeled their squeeze bottles.

Captain Jason heads upstairs to apologize. The guests laugh about lowering their tip. But yeah, they might.

Uh oh. Guests Brian and Dev are skipping the snorkeling trip. Now, Daisy has to figure out a way to sneak Tyler’s makeup artist on board. She sends an all-call to her team, saying, “Please, be careful … remember, this is a secret.”

Several beats later, Alex, the makeup artist, arrives at the dock. Daisy asks, “Please hold on just a little bit longer!” She and Eddy make a plan to distract Dev and Brian with the paddleboards. Once Dev and Brian are in the sea, Daisy texts Alex to “Keep discreet and avoid the paddleboards in the water.”

Thankfully, their plan works. Now, Alex is safely stowed away in Tyler’s cabin. Then, Ben makes everyone, Alex included, sushi, joking to himself, “No soap for you.”

As the guests eat, Mike approaches and talks about their drag-themed fashion show. One of the guests notes that they are doing everyone’s makeup. Then, here goes Mike, saying, “Was there a makeup artist on board, I heard?”

A guest asks, “Did Tyler smuggle one on?” Like Ellie, Mike’s face turns white. He also admits that he will likely be fired. When he tells Daisy, Mike says, “No one told me this,” but production airs receipts that state otherwise.

Daisy sends Mike off to “fix this.” His fix is to make a pact of silence with each guest.

Ben radios for Daisy, asking what time dinner is. Daisy’s already made that clear. Her voice is heavily annoyed over the radio, which Captain Jason hears.

But at least the drag fashion show goes off without a hitch. Obviously, every queen looks stunning, including Edwina (Eddy). But after, Alesia gets swamped, so she asks Mike to lend a hand. Naturally, he declines.

Back at the dinner table, the guests beautifully rat Mike out. Tyler finds Mike, but Mike lies, saying, “No. It wasn’t me,” and he “doesn’t know who it was.” Then, Mike refuses to help Alesia, right in front of Daisy. Consider Daisy pissed, but too tired to argue.

Elsewhere, João finally talks to Ellie. His words fail, so while he thinks he makes it clear that they are only friends, and he is now free to pursue Daisy, Ellie does not get that memo. Instead, she thinks that they “are on the same page,” so in the morning, she makes him a birthday cake.

Ellie needs to make breakfast, not cake, Daisy argues. Plus, Mike and Aleisa remain awful, so now, Daisy is over everyone, and she is “hanging on by a thread.”

Below Deck Down Under is streaming on Peacock. BDDU airs on Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo.
