King Charles Draws a Firm Line Over Prince Harry’s ‘Half-In, Half-Out’ Royal Dream — Report

King Charles and Prince Harry’s reunion was not the only recent big news in the royal family. A couple of weeks ago, the Duke of Sussex shocked everyone with his decision to return to the UK with his family. Meanwhile, a report suggested the king might accept his second son back into his life again. However, he would reportedly not welcome Harry back to the royal fold. He has allegedly drawn a firm line over the prince’s “half-in, half-out” royal dream.

King Charles is reportedly ‘adamant’ in not letting Prince Harry back to the royal fold

King Charles might not want to welcome Prince Harry back to the Firm. According to a recent The Express report, the monarch is said to be “adamant” about not letting his second son back into the royal fold. Former press secretary to the royal family, Dickie Arbiter, told the outlet that the duke would allegedly remain a non-working royal.

“Harry burnt his bridges,” the royal author said. He hinted at the Oprah Winfrey interview, Netflix documentary, and the memoir, “Spare.” Harry had criticized his royal family members and the institution, which didn’t sit well with his home country.

“That’s [returning as a working royal] not an option. And the King is adamant he’s got to stick to what his mother said. There’s no half in, it’s in or out. You’ve chosen out, out it is going to remain,” Arbiter stated. For those unversed, the Sussexes had proposed an idea to the late Queen Elizabeth II before they left the UK in 2020. They reportedly wanted to be working royals while managing their commercial ventures. But the Queen declined the proposal.

Furthermore, Arbiter noted that Charles would reportedly never overrule his mother’s decision. Meanwhile, Harry allegedly needed to work towards his apologies if he wanted to reconcile with the royal family members. “And until such time, he apologizes, apologizes and means it. It’s going to be very difficult for the great British public to accept him back.”
