New updates have emerged about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding. An NYPD officer was spotted carrying a wedding folder outside Madison Square Garden, the rumored venue for the couple’s wedding.

Photos obtained by NBC New York show an NYPD officer holding a booklet marked “Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Wedding” and “Thursday 7/2” on the cover. The front also appears to include additional text and a photo that are hard to identify, and the contents of the booklet remain unclear, according to TMZ.
Another TMZ report mentioned sources with direct knowledge said that a permit has been filed with New York City to close streets surrounding MSG from July 2 through July 4 in connection with the planned event. City sources said the permit office is working with the NYPD on managing potential traffic and pedestrian flow near the venue. Approximately 130 to 200 officers from various agencies will reportedly be deployed for the wedding, at a time when emergency services are under strain by World Cup crowds, reports The Sun.
As per the Page Six report, around 1,000 guests are expected to attend the big day, with the ceremony reportedly set to begin at 5:30 p.m. on the arena floor at Madison Square Garden. The Sun reports that Swift’s close friend Gigi Hadid is likely to be one of her bridesmaids, alongside Selena Gomez and the Haim sisters.
According to Heart, the guest list includes names such as Ed Sheeran, Suki Waterhouse, Graham Norton, Zoë Kravitz, Jack Antonoff, Jason and Kylie Kelce, Andy Reid, and George Kittle. However, Swift and Kelce, who announced their engagement in August 2025, have not publicly confirmed any wedding date, venue, or ceremony details.
