PK Kemsley alleges Dorit has refused to address foreclosure concerns while traveling in Europe
PK and Dorit are currently going through their divorce process. In the new filing documents, according to TMZ, the English businessman has accused his estranged wife of spending on luxuries while their LA home is near foreclosure.
The documents state that PK is convincing a judge to make him the sole owner of the $8 million LA property. He wants control of the sale of the property that features 10 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms. The businessman claims he paid $300K from his own pocket to prevent foreclosure, and Dorit allegedly agreed to compensate him from the proceeds of any sale of the mansion.
According to the documents, PK moved out of the home but continued to pay bills while the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star failed to make the mortgage payments. The lender is reportedly set to put the property up for auction if Dorit fails to go through the listing.
While PK is dealing with foreclosure issues amid divorce, Dorit is reportedly on an extended luxury vacation in Europe. She has reportedly left the kids with her parents, and they do not know when she will return. He alleged that the “Real Housewives” star, despite receiving massive paychecks, failed to address the financial crisis surrounding their home.
The property developer and media personality has asked the court to provide him with sole authority over their home, so he can address the matter. The couple officially separated in 2024, and Dorit filed for a divorce in 2025.
However, the court has not made any decision on the request. Dorit has not made any public comment addressing the new filing in their divorce.
