Around 20 percent of its holdings at Bradninch in Devon would allegedly be sold out. It comprised cottages, farmland, allotments, wetlands, and community facilities. Meanwhile, a source told RadarOnline that this decision has seemingly created tension between the farmers and the Prince of Wales.
According to the insider, some tenants might “purchase their holdings,” but not everyone, especially farmers. “Farming margins are already incredibly tight, borrowing costs remain high, and many rural businesses are facing significant financial pressures. The reality is that not everyone can suddenly find the money required to buy hundreds of acres of land,” they claimed.
Furthermore, the source mentioned that William’s move has created “anxiety within the local farming community.” They might be concerned about losing “not only the farms that support their livelihoods but also the homes and communities.” As “uncertainty” surrounded the faring community, they reportedly would want “reassurance and clarity” from their future royal leader.
